why?My fiance and I took a trip to Houston for one of my shows, and while we were there, we had this realization. We looked around our twin cities, Ponchatoula and Hammond, and thought, "yo, these places could use some serious excitement!" We noticed that there wasn't really a platform for artists outside of the restaurant music scene. So, we decided to take matters into our own hands and create something amazing: Pohafest! Our goal is to give these talented artists a chance to shine and make a name for themselves while also providing a space for the young community to come together and have a great time. We wanted to offer an alternative to the Thursday night bar scene. This is the first of its kind in our cities, and we're hoping it's a huge success so that we can turn it into a regular monthly festival. none of this possible without your support! Let's light up the twin cities and give our artists some love!
